    Modular booth includes:
    • Aluminium structure with melamine panels
    • A4 sign with company name

    Exhibition fee includes:
    • 4m2 Turnkey booth
    • Free conference access for one person (access to all plenary sessions, exhibition, lunches, and proceedings). A discount code will be sent by email upon confirmation and payment of the booth, giving you access to your free pass.
    • The possibility to get one discounted ticket for 680 € for SEMI members and 840 € for non-members (VAT excl.)

  • Cancellation policy

    Cancellation of the event by the organizers:
    If the exhibition has to be cancelled due to COVID-19, SEMI will refund the participation fee. However, we will retain costs for booked and already provided services. Alternatively, we will be happy to move 100% of your reservation and same floor space to the MEMS & Imaging Sensors Summit 2023.

    registration request and provide you with content related to your registration. SEMI will not share your
    personal information with anyone outside the organization for marketing purposes without your separate
